I hear this all the time. I hear so many people talking about their marital issues, and they want to resolve those issues, but then they cap it off with "don't suggest counseling" or "we can't afford counseling." Bunk. Counseling can be expensive, I will admit, but there are affordable options too. There are county clinics, colleges that have psychology programs offer low cost or free psychology services, clinics for low income families, etc. There are a lot of options. There is also always religious outlets as well. Most churches offer religious bases marriage counseling for free (I don't suggest this as # 1 because it's more religious based and less psychology based, but it's often better than nothing). There are options. People may not know those options exist, but they do. I just cringe when I hear people say they can't afford marriage counseling. But then they also say they're heading for a divorce. What, do they think a divorce is going to be cheaper? No, it's not. It may be hard, but in my opinion counseling is worth it. Cut out the luxuries, save up money, scrimp and save. Do whatever you need to do to get help for your marriage. Anyway Yahoo Answers is not a good place to get marriage advise. You have some rare professionals like me, but even I am in most cases not qualified to give professional advice on certain situations since I don't fully know the situation, the background, the full story, the other person's view, etc. and I mostly just give my personal opinion. But many users here are hateful towards users or they are teenagers answering questions. Not a good place for marriage advise. Some people think they can't afford it, which isn't true. Others are just resistant to counseling. Maybe their partner refuses to go, maybe they feel ashamed for needing counseling, maybe they are afraid of what the counselor will say, maybe they are too stubborn to admit their marriage is that bad. There are a lot of hurdles to get over to get someone to even get to a place to want to go in to see a counselor, and that's really a large part of the battle. Honestly, if most couples were just willing to go to a counselor when little issues starting popping up, they could resolve them quickly in a few sessions, rather than letting them go and the situation snowballs until the marriage is on the brink of divorce. There's a lot of factors. But no Yahoo Answers isn't a good place for serious marriage advise. However, it does have the benefit of anonymity. If someone is having marriage issues, but is afraid to talk to anyone about them, maybe through talking about it on Yahoo, hopefully eventually they will get the courage to talk more about it and get help for the marriage issues.
I am NOT a lawyer so I cannot give you professional advice on following the E-Sign Act. My understanding is that the E-Sign Act (as a federal law) only applies to interstate commerce. What I would be more concerned with is your states specific UETA (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act). Many states have adopted versions of this to regulate transactions that happen within the state. From my reading of both of these acts there is nothing in my signature capture technique that would put me in conflict with either. Again I am not a lawyer and you would want to consult one for specific advice pertaining to the state in which you do business.
what? I have issues lol so! RT RT About to sign up for a therapist.. I need professional advice. Lol>> lmao aww man
