October 9, 2009 by

Choosing the ideal vacation escape is tough.  Practically, in today’s hectic paced lifestyle everyone is competing against all of the obligations and time pressures you face in your daily life.  Sometimes it is nice to obtain a new perspective on destination ideas that you may not have considered before.  An Arkansas vacation gives you a chance to find something that you may not be able to find in your own backyard.

Whether you are seeking romance or excitement on your vacation getaway, you will enjoy it much more if you take a little thought to plan part of your vacation in advance.  For the outdoor seeking vacationer, consider the weather forecasts of the region that you will be venturing into so that you can pack the appropriate clothing and protection to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable.  There can be considerable changes in weather between day and night.

One of the ultimate state destination is Arkansas, where you will find too much to partake and experience.  Here are a few of the Arkansas attractions you may want to experience:

Idea #1: See the World’s Largest Spinach Can in Alma, Arkansas. Perhaps the most famous landmark in Alma is the World’s Largest Spinach Can. The bronze statue is not the first Popeye statue in Alma, however. Even though it is a small town, Alma, with the World’s Largest Spinach Can and Popeye Park, has plenty to keep the visitor entertained.

Idea #2:  Visit the Saunders Memorial Museum to See One of the Best Handgun Collections. On Madison Street in Berryville, Arkansas, visitors will find a unique museum called the C. Burton Saunders Memorial Museum. Part of the collection even includes items that Saunders gathered from the Holy Land. Admission to the museum is quite affordable.

Certainly there are many other attractions that you may want to experience on your Arkansas vacation.  You may only be here for a short period of time, but you can appreciate and capture much of the wonderful art, heritage, and adventure that we have to offer.  You never will never be ignored  – check out this Arkansas tourism video – there is always a new adventure waiting for you.

Even in the current economic environment, Arkansas is cost effective vacation getaway.  It is possible to take advantage of the many discount offers with the special values that are available which enable you to get away from it all without breaking the bank.  So take a escape from the frantic schedule that daily routine brings and discover a vacation escape and discover a taste of what this great state has to offer!

The objectives of the current study were to assess the prevalence of Cytauxzoon felis infection among a population of domestic cats that were clinically healthy but at higher risk for parasite exposure and to determine if the strains present in these asymptomatically infected cats were genetically unique as compared to those present both in domestic cats that were fatally infected and in the natural reservoir host, the bobcat. Using real-time PCR analysis targeting a portion of the parasite 18S rRNA gene specific for C. felis, 27/89 (30.3%) high risk asymptomatic domestic cats from Arkansas and Georgia, and 34/133 (25.6%) bobcats.

[...] The year started off with Torrientation, the orientation for Torrey students. We played games, met our mentors, and went to the beach (with about a million thingsĀ in between). The day after Torrientation was SOS week, the general orientation for all new Biola students. I said goodbye to my parents, went to SOS beach day, celebrated the last day of summer at the academic commencement dinner, and then enjoyed my first day of college which was full of “why?”s. SOS week wasn’t over, because we still had the Angels game, Serve day, and Splash. [...]

Yes its true, you need to have recovery days, otherwise you will plateau.

It is important because your body has to recover from the previous workout and grow (or over compensate) to prepare for the next workout.

You could potentially work-out everyday, but it would more effective if you took some days off. You could 2 days in a row and take 3rd day off, instead of every other day.
