Choose The Best Diet For Fast Results

December 30, 2009 by

If you’ve decided to shed off those extra pounds in a very short time, here’s a diet that gives you fast and good effect without much efforts on your side.

You know, I think it would only be right that if I am going to talk to you about the what DOES work, that I also talk to you about what DOES NOT work… makes sense huh? Well, with that said, what I strongly recommend you avoid is “fad dieting”.

Fad dieting typically falls under the…

* Low Calorie Dieting – these diets aren’t good for weight loss since your metabolic rate tends to lower over time.

* Low Carb Diets – These programs will make you feel miserable due to a lack of energy they’ll cause.

* Low Fat Diets – These diets do not work because your body actually needs fat (healthy fats such as monounsaturated) in order to burn away fat… go figure!

Now, for really rapid and yet natural weight loss results, the best option is calorie shifting diet from Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

Two reasons this diet is quickly becoming the #1 diet of the decade:

- First, there’s no need to actually cut down any type of nutrients of meals with this diet plan. You don’t have to starve or deprive.

- In second, this fast dieting plan will raise your metabolic rate to it’s peak by…eating. All said.

The diet creates a custom menu plan for you containing 4-5 meals for you to eat each day. These meals contain ALL the nutrients and calories your body needs. The trick is that the meals are strategically designed to manipulate your fat burning hormones into increasing significantly.

The average successful result is that you can loose 20 pounds in 1 month and once you’ve slimmed down, you can keep the weight from gaining it back.

If you really keen to achieve fast weight loss without too much efforts, I highly endorse calorie shifting diet by FatLoss4Idiots. You’ll be able to loose 20 pounds in a month, just like I did, or even better – just stay on the diet plan and stick to it.

You are right, they are not the same thing, as you have described.
Diet however is what you eat, but "dieting" is going on a short term diet.

Affer: Blind faith is a corruptive thing and I applaud your questing nature.

Rab: You're absolutely right and this is why vegans are always so dour (only joking dear Cabbage Worriers!). Seriously though, it is true and it is a great worry to me that some people are so obsessed with fat, (when they should actually be obsessing about bleached and processed foods instead) that they are putting their children on low fat diets and it is starting to have adverse effects on their physical and mental health.

Andy and Teddy – if you're out there, can you corroborate this?

VG: I think that's a cue for some light, summer recipes

Yeah – I wasn't fat in high school or college, either, although my grandfather paid me to lose weight when I was 10. And my mother practically forced me to go on the Scarsdale Diet with her when I was a senior (because she was a hefty 14 and I was a gigantic size 12). Oh – and I hate that I identify myself as a size. I really started gaining weight when all the supermodels started saying “Oh, I eat tons of pasta” and the low-fat diets were popular. All they did was make me hungry all the time and give me migraines. Thanks for sharing your pictures. You are (and were) a hottie (even though your hairstyle has improved a bit since you were a kid).

There is a misuse of the studies you mention here:

    [1]
    [2]

    As you say,

“It doesn’t matter that we have studies showing high-omega 6 oils like corn oil may promote tumor growth while—using the same study design—saturated fats do not.”

The data in [1] show that low fat diets slow the rate of tumor growth. The data in [2] show that, with saturated fats, the amount does not influence tumor growth. It does not, as you imply, compare saturated fats to vegetable fats, it only compares whether amount in a pure diet of one or the other matters. For you to make your argument, you would need (which you do not have) a study that shows that saturated fats slow tumor growth more than unsaturated fats.
