    I guess perhaps baby food means different things to different people.
    to me, baby food is anything mushed up (thrown in the food processor) or mashed. Could be beef stew or bananas. I also assume when people refer to "baby food"they are talkng about food for a baby 9 months or younger. After that, we just mashed or cut into very small pieces our food. Obviously, that doesn't mean popcorn. We also gave her pieces of soft food like bananas, etc.
    My daughter never ate food from a jar.
