As for as phone number and email address you can change both of them. As far as your name is concerned keep an eye on your bank account habits and make sure that you try to be a lot safer when you use your bank card, credit cards, etc. If you did happen to give them your bank account number you may want to change accounts at your bank, So sorry that you got scammed that way.
