Webcomics is one cheap way of producing a personal manga.

How to start a webcomic: Basic procedures

  1. Sketch your comic on paper.
  2. Scan the completed manga into your working computer.
  3. Add inking and toning to the comic with a graphic editing program.
  4. Do some cleaning up with the manga.
  5. Add conversation balloons to your comic, in accordance to the script of the storyplot.
  6. Readjust the size of your completed comic. Save image, picture, file to a web-compliant image file (like jpg, png or gif).
  7. Upload the files into the gallery of your domain. And of course, rearrange the pages within the gallery.
